Three years ago I started to make my own platform game in my free time, inspired by the Mario and Legend of Zelda franchises. The game tells the story of Lech Wałęsa - Polish national hero. Because the action of the game takes place in the eighties, the aesthetics of the game is a strong reference to the graphics and sound capabilities of the game boy classic handheld console. I use Game Maker engine for programming, photoshop for pixel art animation and pooBoy 2 VST for chiptunes.
